How does billing work when I upgrade the license?
Environment
- CloudLinux Portal
- Regular account
- Products:
- CloudLinux OS Legacy
- CloudLinux OS Shared Pro
- Imunify360 single user
- Imunify360 up to 30 users
- Imunify360 up to 250 users
- Imunify360 unlimited users
Solution
Once the license is upgraded in the account:
A new invoice will be issued for the full monthly amount of the new license type.
At the same time, the system will automatically add credits to the customer account for the unused days of the previous license.
These credits will be applied to the new invoice immediately, so the customer will only pay the difference.
Notes: No need to re-register the license manually, the system will do it automatically.
