AccelerateWP keeps on loading

Issue

• After activating AccelerateWP Cloudlinux loading bar is displayed in the subscription under AccelerateWP
• AccelerateWP stuck on the loading animation

Environment

• CloudLinux OS
• AccelerateWP < 1.8-1

Solution

1. Ensure that the domain meets AccelerateWP requirements:

• the website must be on an Apache or LiteSpeed web server;
• the website must be on a server with CloudLinuxOS Shared Pro, Solo, or Admin license
• the website must use PHP version 7.2 or higher.
• the WordPress version must be 5.6 and higher.
• no other WordPress Caching plugins must be installed.
• WordPress should not be running in Multisite mode

2. Update AccelerateWP to the latest version

# yum update accelerate-wp

3. If it didn't help, reinstall AccelerateWP dependencies, starting with cloudlinux-site-optimization-module cloudlinux-awp-plugin

# rpm -qR accelerate-wp 

# yum reinstall cloudlinux-site-optimization-module cloudlinux-awp-plugin
