How to upgrade CloudLinux OS Legacy to CloudLinux OS Shared Pro in key-based licensing account?

Issue

The customer wants to upgrade CloudLinux OS Legacy to CloudLinux OS Shared Pro inside the key-based licensing account.

Environment

• CloudLinux OS Legacy
• CloudLinux OS Shared Pro

Solution

Customers can upgrade the CloudLinux OS Legacy license(s) directly inside the key-based licensing account by doing the steps below:

• Login to the CloudLinux Portal using the account login credentials;
• Go to My Products -> CloudLinux OS Legacy section from the account dashboard;
• Click Get trial or upgrade to CloudLinux OS Shared Pro;
• Click on Confirm upgrading to CloudLinux OS Shared Pro button. 

The upgrade will result in canceling the subscription to CloudLinux OS Shared licenses.

All servers registered using CloudLinux OS Shared activation key will be automatically upgraded to CloudLinux OS Shared Pro so no server re-registration is required in this case.

In order to complete the license upgrade process, customers will be charged for the CloudLinux OS Shared Pro immediately. 
Customers will also be credited for the unused period of upgraded CloudLinux OS Legacy licenses. The credits will be automatically applied to the next invoice.
