How to add a file to Proactive Defense ignore list?

Issue

Getting error messages like this one:

I receive messages from users that in domains with ModX they get an error: 
Cannot write /home/mebel4mb/public_html/core/storage/bootstrap/siteCache.idx.php! Make sure the file or its directory is writable!

Environment

• Imunify360
• Any panel
• Any distro

Solution

In the Imunify360 UI:

1. Locate the event in the Proactive Defense interface.
2. Click the cog icon in the row of the desired event.
3. Choose "Ignore all rules for the file."

Cause

Proactive Defense flagged a legitimate PHP script as malicious and blocked it.
