Why does the error "This login is already used" occur?

Solution
The error "This login is already used" occurs because the system does not allow multiple accounts or sub-logins to be associated with the same email address. Customers must use a unique email address to create a new account or sub-login.
If you want to delete an existing account and use the email address to create a sub-login, please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance.

Сustomer attempts to register an account or sub-login using an email address that is already registered in the system.
