Issue
When attempting to activate KernelCare via Imunify360, the following message appears:
# kcarectl --license-info
No valid key-based license foundEnvironment
- Imunify360
- KernelCare
Solution
To resolve the conflict, follow as next:
# mv /etc/sysconfig/kcare/systemid /etc/sysconfig/kcare/systemid.bak # kcarectl --license-info Key-based valid license found #
This happens if the server was previously registered with a KernelCare license, which creates a conflict when switching to Imunify360 license.
