Imunify360 failed update cannot import name 'safe_cancel_task' from

Issue

Imunify360 is not starting, resulting in the following error:

$NOTIFY_SOCKET environment variable is not set. It is set by service manager for supervised processes for status and start-up completion notification. Nowhere to send the status.

Solution

Perform an update with:

# wget -O imunify-force-update.sh https://repo.imunify360.cloudlinux.com/defence360/imunify-force-update.sh
# bash imunify-force-update.sh

 

The fix will be included in the upcoming stable release shortly (DEF-41838).
