How to remove trial license?

Issue

The customer would like to deactivate the trial license

Environment

• All products with the trial license option
• Key-based licensing account

Solution

You have the option to manually deactivate your trial license via your account dashboard at any point before the trial ends. Please follow the instructions below to proceed:

1. Log in to your CLN account here;
2. Click on Billing (right top corner of the page);
3. Click on Subscriptions (left menu);
4. Click on the Cancel trial button. 

Deactivating your trial ensures it won't turn into a paid subscription after the expiration date.

Please note that if no servers are registered to the license when the trial ends, the system will handle the deactivation automatically.
