Getting `libpython3.8.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory` for Imunify installation

Issue

The following error messages appear during the Imunify360 installation:

/opt/alt/python38/bin/python3: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.8.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/opt/alt/python38/bin/python3: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.8.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Solution

Try to reinstall the alt-python38* packages and check again:

yum reinstall alt-python38*
