Issue
The ability to restore a database after cleanup is missing for the cPanel user.
Environment
- Imunify360
- cPanel
- WHM
Solution
Check the feature management settings and user-specific configs in the "/etc/imunify360/user_config/" directory.
If the issue persists, compare user permissions and resources on the WHM level. E.g., abilities for users to create and manage their databases.
Cause
Insufficient user permissions.
