Issue
The customer has activated licenses on a number of servers. Unfortunately, although the licenses are active, the servers are not visible in the dashboard.
The server name and IP address are not visible under the Manage Servers section inside the account portal.

Please, note that the registration details for any license activated on a server may not become visible inside the account portal right away as it depends on the timeframe CloudLinux Portal requires to connect to a server with a newly activated license on it.
Thus, please, be advised on the following timeframes for the CloudLinux Portal and the registered servers to be synced:
- Imunify360 products - the server information will be updated within 48 hours;
- KernelCare products - the data is updated within 4 hours after the server registration;
- CloudLinux products - it takes up to 24 hours for the data to be shown inside the account portal;
- Extended Lifecycle Support products - the data is updated within 4 hours after the server registration.
Please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department in case the issue persists.
