How to delete a CloudLinux account?

Issue

I want to delete a CloudLinux account. 

 

Environment

• All CloudLinux products

 

Solution

In order to delete a Cloudlinux account, please, use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance and include your CLN ID in your request. In case you are not sure how to find the CLN ID, please refer to these instructions How to find the CLN ID inside the customer portal?

 

Cause

• Customers have created several accounts but would like to continue using only one account.
• Customers want to delete active accounts as they no longer plan to use CloudLinux products.
