How to change the CloudLinux OS Solo license to CloudLinux OS Legacy or CloudLinux OS Shared Pro?

Solution

Please note that it is not possible to upgrade or downgrade the CloudLinux OS Solo license.

The upgrade/downgrade option is available for the CloudLinux OS Legacy and CloudLinux OS Shared Pro licenses, and only if the license is already activated on the server.

To change the CloudLinux OS Solo license to CloudLinux OS Legacy or CloudLinux OS Shared Pro, it is required to:

• Cancel the CloudLinux OS Solo license in the CloudLinux Portal,
• Purchase CloudLinux OS Legacy or CloudLinux OS Shared Pro.
  Please, note that a new license has to be registered using CloudLinux OS Legacy or CloudLinux OS Shared Pro license in this case.
