Is it possible to reset the trial license?

Issue

The customer has already used the trial license but would like to try a trial version of the product one more time. The Billing team can reset the trial license per the customer's request only once a year.

Environment

• CloudLinux OS products
• KernelCare+
• Imunify360 unlimited users

Solution

Please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance.

Please note that the trial license is available only once per 12 months.

Creating multiple accounts to bypass this restriction is not permitted. In such cases, CloudLinux reserves the right to:

1. Cancel trial licenses created in violation of the policy
2. Require an immediate license purchase
3. Block previously used IP addresses (in their system) in case of repeated abuse
