Imunify360 is disabled. License key issue.

Imunify360 is disabled for the customer. Customers received the error message when trying to activate the license.

Solution

For the "License is invalid for the server" error, please, refer to License is invalid for this server. How to count how many users exist currently on the server?

"There is a billing debt linked to an IP address" error message means that the IP address has already been registered with the CloudLinux Network and this IP address is linked to debt from previous subscriptions. Please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance.

Cause

The most common reasons for the error message to appear during the activation of the Imunify360 license are the following:

• License is invalid for the server.
• Licenses limit exceeded.
• There is a billing debt linked to an IP address.
