Is there a trial period for AccelerateWP Premium?

Solution

For purposes of extending a per-user trial period to hosters, there is no charge for users that have existed in the “enabled” state for 30 days or less. This means that the user becomes billable on the 31st day.

As an example, hosters who started using AccelerateWP Premium and had users with enabled status on July 1st, 2023, would not be billed for those users on Aug 1st, 2023.

However, the billing for the users with enabled status would be added to the invoice generated on Sep 1st, 2023. The charge would be associated with the usage during the August period.
