Issue
Cloudlinux OS PRO clients with licenses acquired through resellers request access to Centralized Monitoring.

Solution
Since the licenses are from one of our resellers and not directly from us, the client needs to contact the Reseller in order to add these components since they need to be enabled from their CLN portal.
Otherwise, the client may cancel the licenses with Reseller and purchase them directly from us. In that case, they'll be able to use this feature from your CLN portal. To do so, please follow these steps
- Contact the reseller where you purchased the licenses and ask to cancel the licenses.
- Purchase the required licenses from CloudLinux directly;
- Re-register servers using an activation key generated in the CloudLinux account once the purchase is completed. The activation key should be sent to the customer's email address along with the installation instructions.

Additionally, we have a feature request (ID: CLN-4370) to add this functionality.
