"System error" in the Imunify360/AV UI, page keeps reloading/refreshing

Issue

Imunify360/AV UI shows a red warning "System error" in the upper right corner and the page itself keeps reloading indefinitely.

Environment

• CloudLinux, Centos 7
• cPanel
• ImunifyAV 7.3.1-1 / Free
• Imunify360 7.4.1-1

Solution

The issue is resolved by installing the `alt-python38` package:

1. Via CloudLinux Manager
2. Via yum:

# yum install -y alt-python38

3.  Optional: Then installing ImunifyAV/+. Remember first to uninstall ImunifyAV if you haven't done so already.

FYI: Our developers are aware of the situation and are preparing a fix (DEF-25361). You can monitor our changelog for it.
