Solution
According to the CloudLinux documentation, Plesk is not a supported control panel:

Supported control panels:

|---|---|
| cPanel from v.102 | Yes |
| Plesk | No |
| DirectAdmin | No |
| Other panels | Yes |
| No control panel | Yes |
And this is reason for that error.
