Issue
- Do I have an access to a CLN (CloudLinux Network) account?
- How can I log into CLN?
Environment
- CLN (CloudLinux Network)
- CloudLinux Products
Solution
Who actually has a CLN account?
You bought your licence… | Do you already have a CLN login? | Where can you manage the licence? |
---|---|---|
Directly from CloudLinux (CLN web-store, sales invoice, trial request) | Yes – the e-mail you used during checkout became your CLN username. | Inside CLN: Home → Products |
Through a reseller / partner (cPanel Store, Plesk, local distributor) | No – resellers keep the license/billing in their own portal. A CLN profile is not created. | In the reseller’s licensing interface (not in CLN) |
Important: Adding a server key that came from a reseller will not pull that key into CLN, even if you later create a CLN account manually.
Standard log-in procedure
-
Enter the e-mail and password you set when the direct purchase was completed.
-
Click Sign In. You will land on the Dashboard, where Products → Subscriptions shows all licences tied to this account.
Can’t access your account?
Click “Can’t access your account?” on the login page.
Situation | What to do |
---|---|
Forgot password | Enter your CLN e-mail → check inbox → follow the reset link. Full guide: How to reset the password for your CLN account. |
Never received a welcome e-mail | Search your mailbox for emails from do-not-reply@cloudlinux.com and make sure to check Spam. If missing, open a support ticket using the purchase e-mail and ask to resend the invitation. |
Licence bought via reseller, but you still want a CLN profile | Sign up with Create Account. You will get access to downloads, ticketing, and any future direct purchases, but existing reseller keys will not appear there. |
