Issue

• Whenever there is a custom PHP ini present php.ini and/or .user.ini files PHP does not load the general configuration files from /opt/cpanel/ea-phpXX/root/etc/php.d

  Additional .ini files parsed	(none)

• When there is no custom php.ini, the configuration files are correctly loaded and "Scan this dir for additional .ini files" is set correctly to /opt/cpanel/ea-phpXX/root/etc/php.d

Environment

• CloudLinux
• mod_lsapi < 1.1-87
• ea-php84

Solution

Update to the mod_lsapi-1.1-87 or higher
