The lists are shared among all servers in the same group created in CLN UI.

This can be done by selecting Group scope while adding a list entry in Imunify360 UI (Firewall tab)
- What happens if the scoup for some entry is changed from Group to Local on some server?
It is automatically deleted form all other servers in the same group
- Is it possible to add a server to a group from Imunify360 UI?
No, list management is only available from CLN Portal.
