X-Ray plugin is not available for end-users

Issue

For the end-users X-Ray is unavailable:

The X-Ray hide checkbox is here:



When trying to remove it, the following appears:

​X-Ray User Agent 'start' failed: External command '('/sbin/service', 'xray-user-agent', 'start')' failed with code 1: xray-user-agent is already started! 

But in the console:

# service xray-user-agent status
cloudlinux-xray-user-agent is stopped
# service xray-user-agent start
xray-user-agent is already started!

Environment

• CloudLinux OS 7

Solution

1. Execute

# service xray-user-agent start
# service xray-user-agent stop

2. Then untick the Hide X-Ray App in the web-interface option in LVE Manager.
3. The X-Ray plugin should be available for end-users.
