X-Ray doesn't collect requests

Issue

X-Ray shows 0 requests for a long time.

Environment

• CloudLinux
• cPanel

Solution

1. Check if the service is running:

systemctl status xray-agent

2. If it's not, start it:

systemctl start xray-agent

3. Create phpinfo() page, create a trace for it, and check if the xray module is enabled.

Cause

X-Ray-agent service wasn't started.
