Solution

It has been confirmed as per case (EA4D-310) that hardened PHP isn't supported on Ubuntu now. Unfortunately, there is no ETA available at this time, but Ubuntu support will be added in future releases of Hardened PHP.

Cause

Build ea-php for Ubuntu is in progress.
