CloudLinux Backup is EOL. The service will be closed.

Cause

We regret to inform you that our CL Backup will reach its End of Life (EOL) phase in three months, effective Oct 1st, 2023. This decision has been made after careful consideration and is in line with our commitment to focus on developing new and innovative solutions for our valued customers.

Outlined below are important details regarding the EOL process:

1. End of Sales: As of Jun 2023, we will no longer accept new CL Backup orders.
2. Support: We will continue to provide technical support until Sep 30th, 2023. However, after this date, we will no longer be able to offer support for the product.
3. Make sure you moved backups to other providers before Sep 30th, 2023.
