Issue
Customers cannot sign up at the CloudLinux Portal as they get an invalid email error message.

Solution
Please make sure that the email address entered as the username (login name) does not have any invalid characters (like a + sign).
In case the issue persists, please contact the Billing team via Zendesk.
Cause
There is an invalid character in the email entered when signing up.
