Customers would like to know what refund policy does CloudLinux have.

For key-based licensing accounts:
- Customers' initial purchases are protected by the 30-day Money Back Guarantee, i.e. if customers are not satisfied with the Service(s) for any reason, they may cancel the Service(s) for any reason and request a refund of the money paid for the Service(s) by submitting a request to the Billing team at any time during the thirty (30) day period following the initial purchase date.
- Recurring payments will be refunded for any cancellation requests submitted within 72 hours after the billing cycle starts.
- For yearly payments, CloudLinux will issue a prorated refund for unused calendar months excluding the current month during which the subscription is cancelled for any cancellation requests submitted to the Billing team.
Exclusions apply to AccelerateWP Premium and AccelerateWP CDN Premium, as these services are billed based on the consumption of the previous month. All products billed on a post-paid, resource consumption basis, are non-refundable.
The refund option is not available for IP-based licensing accounts due to post-payment billing.
Customers are not eligible for a refund if:
- The request for initial purchase is made outside of the thirty-day money-back guarantee period;
- Customers did not purchase the Service(s) directly from CloudLinux.
For any approved refund, all licenses active under the subscription in question will be terminated.
Violations of CloudLinux Terms of Use will cause a waiver of any refund associated with the provided services.
