The error message Invalid credentials is shown when logging into the CloudLinux Portal

Solution

To fix the Invalid credentials error, customers are advised to:

• Check the login/password.
• Try to log in using the sign-up email address and reset the password using the Forgot password option.

If the issue persists, please open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance using the Submit request option.
