Failure to log in to the account due to the error "Login is incorrect or doesn't exist"

Solution
The login name may be different from the email address used to register.
Customers can find the login name in the welcome email.
Note that the login field is case-sensitive. Try entering the login name with a capital and lowercase letter.
Alternatively, customers can use the email address or the login name to log into the account.
If the issue persists, please open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance using the Submit request option.
