Solution

According to CloudLinux the Pricing and Payment Terms described in the CloudLinux Terms of Use, the invoices are due when generated by CloudLinux. The payment can be made at any convenient time within 30 days after the invoice date.

Please note that if an invoice is past due for more than 30 days, customers’ accounts will be locked and the specific service(s) associated with the overdue invoice will be suspended unless the outstanding invoice is settled.
